Eric A.
Bergeon, President
Eric A. Bergeon is the President and founder of Execuhealth, Inc.,
one of the leading executive search firms in the healthcare
industry. In addition to his management responsibilities, he remains
an active search consultant, primarily focusing on director level to
senior level executive search assignments with hospitals, physician
management groups, managed care companies, and large healthcare
consulting firms.
Before Eric founded ExecuHealth, Inc., he was the Director of
Healthcare Operations for ACSYS, Inc., an Atlanta-based search firm
which has over 20 offices nationally. Eric has held several
leadership roles with other search firms and has over 10 years of
experience in the recruitment industry.
Eric is an active member in the Georgia Chapter of Healthcare
Financial Management and has just been nominated to serve on the
Board of Directors for the Georgia Chapter. Previously, Eric was a
Joint Chairperson for the Education Content Committee and the
Education Logistics committee. He has been recognized for his
efforts and success and is an advanced member within the chapter and
received the Charles H. Anderson President's Award for the 2003-2004
years.

Brad McLaughlin, Manager of Recruitment
Brad joins Execuhealth, Inc. with over 13 years of experience in
healthcare recruiting. Brad will be responsible for managing the
operations for the Ohio office located in Columbus, Ohio. Prior to
joining Execuhealth, Inc. Brad was the Manager of Employment
Services for Ohio Health Corporation; one of Ohio’s largest
healthcare systems located in Columbus, Ohio. Brad has extensive
experience in recruiting healthcare professionals in the areas of
finance, accounting, C-level, nursing and Healthcare Information
Management. He is a member of the Ohio Chapter of HFMA and is also a
Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) through the National
Association of Personnel Services. Brad received his degree in
Accounting from Ohio University.
